Short-Form Video Campaign for AsumSaus

AsumSaus, a popular YouTube channel centered around Super Smash Bros. Melee, regularly achieves over a million views per video. However, the length and high production quality of these videos often resulted in extended gaps between uploads, leading to periods of decreased channel activity. To address this, we developed a short-form video strategy that leveraged the channel's strengths to maintain viewer engagement during these downtimes.

The campaign proved highly successful, increasing monthly viewership by 20x—from 700,000 to 14 million views—while it was running. Subscriber growth also surged, rising 6x from 3,000 to 16,000 per month. This strategy not only boosted short-term engagement but also drove increased viewership of the channel's long-form content.
